Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We ship our packages out via diferent ways. Free standard shipping on orders . Orders will ship within 24 hours after you finish the payment on work time(Monday to Friday),Weekend orders will ship out on next Monday,If the orders were placed during the legal holidays will be ship out the first of the holiday.


If you are not satisfied with the product or for any reason you want to return it or exchange it, please contact our Once getting the confirmation from our service people, you just need to apply the return lable to return it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that this policy is applicable in 30 days from the day you received the products.

Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our people will contact you as soon as they get the returned item.

The only time we ask for a return is if you wish to cancel an order after it has already begun the shipping process. That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.


If you apply the above return policy in 30 days after you receive the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after we insepct the returned item. Our people will arrange the refund after they check the returned item and confirm it is intact and unused. For visa or master payment, the refund will get to your account in 7-15 working days. For paypal, the refund will get to you in 1-2 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
